Returned with any original tags or packaging (if applicable)

Exchanges

If you need a different size or receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange. Any exceptions will be clearly identified on the product page.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
